Broad experience in key management roles (President – International Pharmaceuticals, CFO – NASDAQ Company, GM and Board of Directors). A proven track record in managing global operations, driving sales growth and financial objectives, building and nurturing partnerships with key stakeholders across countries.
Hans lived in and managed international financial operations in multiple countries in Asia and Europe for Fortune 500 (Syntex, Roche), NASDAQ (SciClone, Questcor, ITEL) and private companies (Helsinn, Oread) eventually retiring as Chairman of Helsinn’s China subsidiary. He has an excellent knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and was instrumental in obtaining marketing authorizations for new pharmaceutical products in Asia, Latin America and Eastern Europe.
He is a long term member of the Financial Executives International, Silicon Valley chapter, a global organization of financial executives with an extensive professional network.
